The implementation of PERSPECT follows a structured work plan designed to ensure scientific progress, integration of results, and effective collaboration between research and clinical partners.

The work is divided into five interlinked Work Packages (WPs) that address the project’s scientific, technical, and management objectives:

• WP1 – Project coordination and management
• WP2 – Development of the computational infrastructure
• WP3 – Simulation framework and software phantoms
• WP4 – Clinical data acquisition and validation
• WP5 – Dissemination and exploitation of results

Each Work Package contributes specific deliverables that lead to the overall goal: the creation and validation of a GPU-accelerated SPECT/CT reconstruction platform that combines realism, speed, and clinical applicability.
